Request deletion of your Reframe account data after verifying ownership through your signed-in account email or saved phone number.
How this works
Deletion requests are reviewed before action so the team can confirm ownership and avoid accidental account loss.
A verified request is created for the Reframe backoffice team.
Deletion is scheduled 30 days after the request is submitted.
If you log in before the 30-day period ends, the request is cancelled.
Verify ownership before requesting deletion
Sign in first so Reframe can verify that the request comes from the account owner. After verification, you can create the deletion request.
